The HP-1 was designed for small-to-medium-sized shops to eliminate the use of handheld pressure washers and unnecessary overspray to remove ink, emulsion, and stains when cleaning screens.
When you are ready to clean screens, remove the tape and scrape out all of the excess ink from the screen.
Place your screen in the dip tank to soften the ink and emulsion.
Place your screen in the machine, close the door, and press start. The machine will run for 90 seconds.
When the cycle is done, pull the frame out and spray on dehazer to the front and back of the mesh and scrub.
Place your screen back in the machine, close the door, and press start. The machine will run for 90 seconds.
When the cycle is done, pull your frame out and place it on a rack to dry.
Eliminate manual pressure washers and allow the machine to do the dirty work for you
While one screen is washing in the machine, take the time to remove ink & tape from the next
Overspray, mess, and atomized chemicals remain inside the "box" while it's running
The enclosed polypropylene construction reduces noise and the pressure washers' impact on the mesh
